General Rules & Information
▪ There will be 11 slots commencing 9.00am,
last one 4.30pm – 12 Riders per slot
▪ Each slot 45 minutes duration on the course as follows:
9.00am: 9.45am: 10.30am: 11.15am: 12.00 noon: 12.45pm: 1.30pm:
2.15pm: 3.00pm: 3.45pm: 4.30pm
▪ Please choose your preferred time slot plus an alternative option
Fee: £25.00 per rider
ENTRIES CLOSE: Wednesday 28th August 2024
▪ Entries must be pre-paid by BACS (Bank Transfer)
Cleared funds by Closing Date
▪ No Entries will be taken on the day
▪ Places strictly limited to time slots available (up to 12 Riders per slot)
▪ Please arrive promptly to avoid missing any of your time slot
▪ The fences will all be flagged and numbered and, if you are not familiar
with the course, it can be inspected after 2pm on Friday 30th August
▪ There will be no Loo on site.

THIS IS A CONDITION UPON WHICH WE ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE COURSE
General Rules & Information
- All ponies/horses must be four years & over.
- Riders under the age of 10 must be accompanied by one adult at all times.
- Regulation hats must be worn at all times when mounted. As of January 2024, The Pony
Club accepted standards are: Snell E2016 & 2021 with the official Snell label & number,
PAS 015: 2011 with BSI Kitemark or Inspec IC Mark, (BS) EN 1384:2023 with BSI Kitemark
or Inspec Mark, VG1 with BSI Kitemark or Inspec IC Mark, ASTM-F1163 2015 & 2023 with
SEI Mark and AS/NZS 3838 2006 with SAI Global Mark. - Body Protectors must be worn at all times when mounted. For any cross country activities
these should meet BETA 2018 Level 3 Standard (blue and black label). - Any rider reporting late risks missing their slot.
- You will know your start time and you will be reminded of the time when you must
leave the course (45 minutes duration). - NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE COURSE AT ANY TIME, IN THE AREA OF THE
COMPETITIONS OR IN THE CAR PARK. We are sorry to be strict about this, but it is a
condition upon which we are allowed to be here at all. - The organising committee and the Hunt do not accept any liability for any accident,
damage or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any person or property
whatsoever. - No refunds after the closing date.
- In the event of cancellation £5 per horse will be retained to cover costs. Refunds will be
sent on receipt of a SAE. - Please note there will be no loos on site.
In the event of extreme bad weather, riders are asked to ring one of the numbers below after
12 noon on Friday 30th August to find out if the Schooling Session is to be held.
