Mounted Visitors

We are delighted to welcome visitors from other hunts and there is something for everyone.

We hunt over a wide area including lowland arable, forestry and grassland; some of these areas have hunt jumps and gates. However, it is our hill country which is really special and those who are used to hunting elsewhere never fail to be astounded at the freedom of movement, the lack of roads and the wide open spaces we cross during the course of a day.

We are a small hunt and our fields rarely exceed 30 riders.  As a consequence, visitors will always be given a friendly welcome from our regulars.

Neighbouring packs: full subscribers from the Berwickshire, Border, Buccleuch, Jed Forest, Percy and West Percy may have 2 days hunting with the CVNNH at half cap i.e. £45
